How to Order

For online orders or requests for quotation, you may reach us by one of the following:

• using the online shop flow (Shopping Cart feature)

• via email, at vanzari@tenora.ro

All requests will be considered as requests for quotation and not final orders.  Attention! Tenora products can only be sold to companies!
If by any chance you can't find the product you are looking for, don't hesitate to contact us.

Delivery

In stock: If the VoIP equipment requested is available in stock, it can be immediately delivered to your address by a shipping company, or you can pick it up yourself from our office (map here). The shipping cost is not included in our quotation.

Out of stock: If the VoIP equipment requested is out of stock, an order to the supplier will be issued immediately after your firm order confirmation: this means the receipt of your order payment in our bank account. The delivery term for products out of stock depend on the supplier, being within 7 - 28 days.
